The committee consists of five members who are elected each year at the AGM in June. The committee consists of Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary and two other members. Currently the secretaries job is shared leaving one other member, so we have given him the title of Temporal advisor so he doesn't feel left out.

The committee meets every two months unless there is an urgent need for another meeting to be convened. They discuss the policies for the club, future events that members may enjoy and report back to members at the monthly meeting. The aim of the committee is to develop a varied and interesting programme for the members.

At present the committee consists of Ann Thomas as Chair and Commanding Officer Vice-Admiral Anarita Jat; Lisa Harrington also known as L'Sar of the Black Dagger Guard is Vice Char and 1st Officer; Emma Thomas Treasurer & Website Editor as Madia Amme Bajoran Ambassador or the Intendant in the mirror universe; Secretary & Newsletter Editor Jaz Freeman also known as Zuveda, the (unofficial) Andorian Ambassador and head of the Starbase Trade Unions; Temporal Advisor James Harrington also known as The Inquisitor.
