Season 1

Episode 1 - Emissary Pt 1
The Federation arrive to assist the newly liberated Bajorans in running the Cardassian Space Station left in orbit of Bajor. The reluctant Commander, Benjamin Sisko arrives with his son Jake following the loss of hid wife at Wolf 359. Also boarding the newly named Deep Space Nine is Chief Engineer Miles O'Brien and his family, reassigned from the Enterprise.

Episode 2 - Emissary Pt 2
Following the discovery of a stable wormhole in the Bajoran system DS9 is moved to the mouth of the wormhole to protect it from the Cardassians. The Bajorans believe that the wormhole is the celestial temple, home of their prophets and that Cmdr Sisko is the Emissary of the Prophets. This belief is reinforced when Sisko meets with the Aliens that inhabit the wormhole.

Episode 3 - Past Prologue
Dr Bashir has his first, of many, meeting with the Cardassian tailor Garak. But as Julian discovers there may be more to Garak than meets the eye, especially after he tip Bashir to a plot by a supposedly reformed Bajoran terrorist named Tahna Los.

Episode 4 - A Man Alone
When Ibudan a convicted murderer is murdered whilst alone in a holosuite that no-one else entered, Odo becomes the prime suspect as all the evidence points to him, but is everything as clear cut as it seems?

Episode 5 - Babel
When Chief O'Brien starts to speak gibberish shortly after fixing the command level replicators it appears there is a strange virus loose on DS9. As most of the station becomes infected Dr Bashir searches for a cure before its too late.

Episode 6 - Captive Pursuit
The first Alien from the Gamma Quadrant comes through the wormhole. But as O'Brien fixes the damage to his ship it becomes apparent that Tosk has a deadly secret.

Episode 7 - Q-less
One of the runabouts returns from the Gamma Quadrant with a passenger. Vash was last seen leaving the Enterprise with Q. Vash decides to sell some of her artefacts but something is affecting the stations systems and it's not Q.

Episode 8 - Dax
Jadzia is kidnapped and accused of murder. The only problem, the murder occurred 30 years ago when Curzon was the Dax host. Did he do it? And why won't Jadzia defend herself ( and Curzon) against the charges?

Episode 9 - The Passenger
When Rao Vantika dies in custody, his essence transfers to another host, but which of the people who were with him when he died is he hiding in? Ty Kajada, the bounty hunter who tracked him for 20 years, Dr Bashir who tried to save him or Major Kira?

Episode 10 - Move Along Home
When the Wadi visiting DS9 from the Gamma Quadrant catch Quark cheating at Dabo, they decide to let him play one of their games. When Cmdr Sisko, Lt. Dax, Major Kira and Dr Bashir disappear Odo realises that they are Quarks playing pieces and it's up to Quark to bring them home safely.

Episode 11 - The Nagus
The leader of the Ferengi, Grand Nagus Zek, comes to DS9 in order to discuss lucrative business opportunities in the Gamma Quadrant. Unfortunately he dies, but not before naming Quark as his successor.

Episode 12 - Vortex
A man named Croden requests asylum on DS9 from his home planet in the Gamma Quadrant. Sisko decides to return him but he shows Odo a necklace that appears to contain a shape shifting substance similar to Odo's own make-up. Croden offers to show Odo where he got it in exchange for his freedom. Will his desire to know where he comes from override Odo's sense of duty?
